The fulcrum around which our people management rotates is a system of evaluation, which is carried out annually, and which is called Performance & Leadership Management. It is a model that evaluates two fundamental elements: skills in leading or managing people and the ability to manage change, essentially dynamics and operating processes.
Each of these macro-themes then has subcategories of evaluation and identification of a particular path of career, work and international assignment among other aspects is based on the results that this analysis produces during the exchange and discussion sessions with the same employee.
