The selection process
If your C.V. is of interest, you will be contacted in order to proceed with the first selection steps, which consist of one or more individual job interviews. The selection process starts with a preliminary job interview handled by the people in charge of the selection; if you proceed with the selection process, this is followed by a technical meeting with the managers of the company functions based on seniority and the complexity of the position to be filled. The selection process may continue with additional, more in-depth interviews.
