Prince Alberto II of Monaco visits the VW plant in Dresda
Prince Albert II of Monaco visited the modernized Volkswagen factory in Dresden, which was welcomed by the head of the German carmaker's e-mobility department, Thomas Ulbrich.
The Prince listened carefully to what was outlined by Volkswagen's top management regarding the Group's imminent EV offensive.
In particular, the Dresden plant (once known as the glass factory with production of the flagship Phaeton) currently hosts the assembly of the e-Golf, while the production of the I.D. EV family will be entrusted to the Zwickau factory.
