As a matter of fact, EASYROAD MK1 can also be used to reproduce films, view photos and images and listen to music: a bona fide multimedia device.

Basic functions

Navigation: portable navigation system with voice commands on the screen, detailed street maps, entering of addresses also using the POIs, 3D display;
Audio: reproduces files in MP3, OGM and WAV format;
Videos/Films: reproduces films in MPEG4 (.avi) format;
Images: displays images in BMP, JPEG, GIF and PNG format;
Games: Othello pre-loaded;
Calculator: it is also a practical calculator;
World clock: can be used to select your country’s time zone;
Settings: the main system functions, such as language, luminosity, sounds, checking the state of the GPS, can be set from the menu

Software navigation functions

Voice and screen commands;
POI (Points Of Interest): restaurants, hotels, monuments, hospitals, car parks, etc.;
Entering the destination by means of addresses, coordinates, points of interest and address book;
Motorway Information Function: upon entering the motorway, the system provides information on rest and/or service areas as well as the sequence of motorway exits;
Road Atlas Function: to consult the cartographic map and/or select places for new destinations;
Saving the current position: to enter the current vehicle position in the Address Book;
Saving the preferred destinations in the address book or main destinations;
Options to calculate the itinerary: shortest route, fastest route, closest points of interest, possibility to enable/disable transit on motorways, ferries, shuttle buses, unpaved roads;
2D or 3D display;
Indication of the next two manoeuvres to carry out;
