Magneti Marelli After Market Parts and Services sells spares parts, automotive components and know-how to workshops through a network of spare parts dealers on the independent market, and it supplies products and assistance services to drivers through the affiliated network of workshops scattered throughout the territory.
 
1919 The Fabbrica Italiana Magneti Marelli (FIMM) is founded
1929 The company starts to establish networks in many European countries.
1931 The first accumulator is produced.
1935 Start of sparkplug production.
1947 The Electronics Division is born.
1967 Magneti Marelli becomes part of the Fiat Group.
1971 The first research centre for the development of automotive electronics is born.
1972 Presentation of the first diagnosing system for automobiles at the Turin Motor Show.
1985 Creation of the Aftermarket Division with a network of 300 workshops.
2002 The Aftermarket division is sold to RGZ; the company RGZ Magneti Marelli Aftermarket s.p.a. is established.
2005 The Checkstar Service Network is born.
2007 Fiat Group buys back the Aftermarket division from the RGZ Group.
