Magneti Marelli Electronic Systems develops and makes instrument clusters for the main car manufacturers that incorporate any type of single-colour display (dot matrix), or the increasingly common colour display, up to more complex clusters that may have a configurable display or carry out the gateway function.

Magneti Marelli Electronic Systems supplies telematic components to the Fiat Group (Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Maserati), to the PSA group (Peugeot and Citroen) and to the Chinese car manufacturers SAIC and DPCA.

 

Infotelematic systems may be equipped with colour display (for map navigation) or single-colour display (for pictogram navigation).

 

The architecture can be the double DIN type with built-in display or single-DIN type with remote display.

The body electronics product line develops and manufactures electronic units that perform the following functions: fuel control and distribution, control of external lighting devices, immobiliser, RF receiver for remote control, wiper blade control, tyre pressure monitoring, window movement control with anti-pinch function.

 

The business line has also acquired expertise in the field of in-car networks, dealing with both the definition of functional characteristics (message maps) and their validation.
