Instrument clusters

Magneti Marelli stands out because of the completeness of its product range, from the low-end (for example Renault Logan and VW Fox) to the high-end line (for example, Audi A5 and A6, Ferrari and Maserati), and because of its verticalised approach, since it has acquired consolidated know-how in different sectors: mechatronics, optics, screen printing, hardware and software.

This allows for product customisation according to the customer’s specific needs.

The instrument panels can incorporate single-colour type displays (dot matrix), up to more complex clusters with configurable display or capable of performing the gateway function.

High-end

Magneti Marelli manufactures advanced instrument clusters that can incorporate a colour display, which in some cases can also be reconfigured, such as on the Ferrari Enzo.

In other versions the panel can carry out a gateway function.

This type of instrument cluster is capable of displaying additional information, such as navigation pictograms, information relating to the TPMS as well as different types of warnings.

Mid-range

Magneti Marelli manufactures instrument clusters that can incorporate single-colour type displays (dot matrix), and capable of carrying out the following functions: electronic speedometer, electronic rev counter, fuel level indication (with insufficient fuel level pilot lamp) and engine coolant temperature indication (with maximum temperature pilot lamp).
Certain models feature a connection with the B-Can network to exchange information with the rest of the vehicle and for diagnostics purposes.

Low-end

Magneti Marelli manufactures low-end instrument clusters, characterised by the fact that there is no display or by the use of a simple LCD.
