Company name change to GS Gilardini Silenziamento s.r.l. and start of the co-design activities thanks to a strengthening of the Research and Development unit.

GS Gilardini Silenziamento s.r.l. is acquired by Magneti Marelli.

 

1996

Company name change to Magneti Marelli S.p.A. Exhaust Systems Division.
