Combining numerous holes of different size and position it is possible to obtain spray shapes which are impossible to obtain using conventional technology (non symmetric jets, non homogeneous spatial speed & density distribution , 3 D spray shaping capability).
The most recent Numeric Control appliances enable to switch from the nozzle data to physical piece without specific equipment, reducing the prototype’s time to market.
In the PICO range there are three different type of injectors:
Pico eco base
Interchangeable with competitors standard length injectors (vehicle re-calibration requested).
Pico eco medium
Interchangeable with competitors standard length injectors (vehicle re-calibration requested).
Pico eco modular
Interchangeable with competitors “long” length injectors (vehicle re-calibration requested).
Extended tip option for improved transient control (with additional valve cost).
