Magneti Marelli supplies Engine Management Systems (EMS) and components for Diesel engines with Common Rail Systems of last generation.
- Engine Control Units (ECU)
- Throttle bodies, both pneumatic and electronic
- Integrated air intake manifolds, in aluminum or plastic, with or without swirl throttles
Since 2003 Magneti Marelli has been supplying, with its own innovative Multijet injection system, the FIAT-GM 1.3L SDE engine, which is applied on FIAT, GM and SUZUKI vehicles.
Almost 3 millions of systems have been already delivered with high quality levels.
Multijet System
The Multijet system, which allows precise and flexible injection control with up to 5 injections per cycle, is compliant with Euro 4 emission standards.
Starting from 2009 the new Multijet 2 system will be available with improved performances and complaint to Euro 5 emission standards.
Magneti Marelli gives complete support to the Customer for the integration of the Engine Management System with the engine and with the vehicle.
