All-New 2020 Toyota Yaris Hatchback will return in U.S. dealerships
Toyota said it will debut a redesigned MY2020 Toyota Yaris hatchback this month at the New York auto show.
The car will be revealed less than three months after it ended production of the 2019 version due to the slow sales of the model.
Based on the Mazda2 and built in Mexico by Mazda for Toyota, the redesigned 2020 Yaris hatchback will be equipped with a 106-hp 1.5-liter inline-four engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.
The car will car will be offered in two single-spec trims with pre-collision warning system, brake assist and dynamic stability control as standard. It is scheduled to be in U.S. dealerships in September.
