Seat at the umpteenth global sales record

Wednesday, September 12, 2018 - 18:00
Still a monthly record for Seat's global sales. The Spanish carmaker has in fact archived the best August ever with registrations increasing by 38.9% to 41,200 cars (the previous August leadership dated back to 2000), bringing the total from the beginning of the year to 383,900 units, 21.9% more .
Seat has gained ground in all the main European markets thanks to the boost mainly of Leon, Ibiza and the SUV range with the latter that will soon be enriched by the new Tarraco (it will be unveiled next week), to support Arona and Ateca.
Outside the Old Continent, excellent performance in Algeria where Seat produces directly in the Relizane plant.
