The "Auto Europe 2020" award will be awarded on 9 October in Frascati
The Italian Union of Automotive Journalists will crown "Auto Europe 2020" in Frascati (Rome) on October 9, electing the car that will be the star of the market next year among the 15 candidates, produced in Europe in at least 10,000 units and marketed in the Old Continent.
The cars competing are: Audi e-tron, BMW Z4, Citroën C5 Aircross, DS 3 Crossback, Hyundai i30 Fastback N, Jaguar XE, Kia ProCeed, Peugeot 508, Porsche Cayenne Coupé, Range Rover Evoque, Renault Clio, Seat Tarraco Škoda Scala, Volkswagen T-Cross, Volvo V60 Cross Country.
Three supercars then compete for the sporting award: Ferrari F8 Tributo, Lamborghini Huracán Evo Spyder and Porsche 911 Carrera S.
As usually, the "Green Gold Award" will also be awarded this year to the carmaker that has been more committed to innovation for the benefit of the environment.
