Honda celebrates 60 years of World Championship Racing at Motegi

Sixty years after Honda first entered World Championship racing the company celebrated its 10th Honda Racing Thanks Day with over 17,000 fans at Twin Ring Motegi.
This is a globally unique event, because no other manufacturer contests as many motorsport championships as Honda; from Formula 1 to MotoGP, from IndyCar to World Touring Car Cup, from Superbike World Championship to the Endurance World Championship, from MXGP to Trial and from Japan's Super GT to its Super Formula Championship.
Dozens of the world's top Honda drivers and riders took part in the event: Red Bull Toro Rosso Honda F1 driver Daniil Kyvat, Indy 500 winner Takuma Sato, MotoGP riders Cal Crutchlow and Takaaki Nakagami, former F1 World Champion and Japanese GT500 Champion Jenson Button, World Touring Car Cup leader Esteban Guerrieri and many more.
